We used existing research and consumer contacts to understand what matters most when people are shopping. We: 

  • Interviewed internal product experts to reveal what makes each product unique
  • Reviewed customer feedback to provide insight on consumer needs
  • Explored a range of interaction designs to find the options that clicked with consumers
  • Incorporated customer testimonials and point of view into descriptions
  • Collaborated with the writing and interaction design team to ensure the plan was fully executed
