We used existing research and consumer contacts to understand what matters most when people are shopping. We:
- Interviewed internal product experts to reveal what makes each product unique
- Reviewed customer feedback to provide insight on consumer needs
- Explored a range of interaction designs to find the options that clicked with consumers
- Incorporated customer testimonials and point of view into descriptions
- Collaborated with the writing and interaction design team to ensure the plan was fully executed
